Cecafa tourney pushed forward.
Cecafa tourney that was scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2021 has been rescheduled to 17th July 2021.The reason behind the postponement of the tournament has not been revealed yet.
However, Stanley Okumbi and his backroom team have taken the advantage to add some big names in the squad .The tactician had initially relied on young players to carry the flag. The likes of Henry Meja(19),Benson Omalla (19) and Sidney Lokale (21) were the only notable forwards in the squad.
The tacticians have decided to add the likes of Musa Masika (Wazito FC), Hasan Abdalla (Bandari FC) and Henry Ochieng Among others. The duo will be expected to add some experience in the striking department.
This could be a good news for the soccer faithfuls in the country. The team is currently in camp as the preparation continues.The tournament will be held in Ethiopia"s Bahir city. All eyes are set on the boys to stamp their names in the tournament.
