Good afternoon and welcome to my daily sports updates.Tap on the follow link on the top right corner if you haven't done so to receive more news.Welcome.

African fastest man Ferdinand Omanyala has received his visa after a long wait. The Kenyan 26 year old revealed to VYBZ radio that he will travel even if it was only hours. He was hoping to just step on the track. Things looked done, even sports journalists had ruled out his trip. However, according to the latest reports from football commentator Fred Arocho, Omanyala could fly to Oregon through a private jet.The 26 year old had packed his luggage on Sunday and was only waiting for the visa.It will be amazing to see him compete in the competition despite facing many challenges.

He will definitely arrive late in the evening and will only have one session to train ahead of the much awaited competition tomorrow. The athlete revealed that he had been training hard ahead of the competition and we only wish him all the best ahead of the encounter. He will come up against the likes of Fred Kerley who has been at his best since come second in the Kipkeino Classics behind Omanyala. We are hoping for the best and we know very well that he will be affected by the long journey. However, his bravery and hardwork could lead to a historic performance.

Arocho has already warned his competitors that Kenya is on the way to the competition. It is really an anticipated affair. Omanyala will jet out at 6pm Kenya time for the same.

Let's keep an eye on the same issue as we wait to see if he will travel in the next hour. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner if you haven't done so to receive more news.
