Clifton Miheso, a former Gor Mahia player scored for his side in the 61st minute, 7 minutes after Omondi had scored the first of the match.
Police FC got red carded in the additional minutes of the match.
Bidco united defeated Mathare United 1-0 in a match played at the Kasarani Annex in Nairobi as from 1 PM EAT with the sole goal coming in the 30th minute thanks to David Gateri.
Elsewhere, Nzoia Sugar had to count losses as red-hot Posta Rangers defeated them 3-0 this afternoon.
Nairobi City Stars alias Simba wa Nairobi took advantage of their home ground as they whitewashed FKFPL newbies Vihiga Bullets, 4-0 with the goals coming from Salim, Odera, Muki and Vincent in the 10th, 62nd, 67th and 75th minutes.
