Deal Between United and Madrid Close, Arsenal Offer Players Plus Cash to Foxes

Real Madrid won't sell Raphael Varane to Manchester United if they don't increase their bid. United are offering €45m for Raphaël Varane. Los Blancos hope to sell him for at least €50m. A deal is close, according to Radio Marca.

​Arsenal are willing to offer Leicester a number of players as they explore whether it will be possible to sign James Maddison this summer. The Gunners would allow a fringe player such as winger Reiss Nelson to move in the opposite direction to sweeten the deal, claims Daily Star.

The final agreement between Roma and Arsenal is close for Granit Xhaka. The Swiss midfielder is applying pressure on Arsenal to let him leave, with Jose Mourinho also pushing for a move to be completed.
