Kenyan International Arnold Origi has officially joined Norwegian second-tier side Hødd FC on a season-long deal after long spells without a club.
The club's official page announced the deal of Origi.
He has spent most of his time in Kenya mentoring young goalkeepers.
" We have had a challenging goalkeeper situation after Ole monrad alme was put out of action with a longterm injury.We are proud to present Arnold Origi as a Hodd player.The 27 year old has a long career in norwegian top football having featured for mosa,Fredrikstad,Ull/Kisa, Lillestrom,Sandes/Ulf and kongsvinger" Hodd's manager said.
"The last two seasons he has played for HIFK in the finnish top league and has 36 international caps for Kenya.He is a very good goalkeeper with extreme physique and will to win.We know him best from his time in LSK and he has trials at crystal palace in the premier league.We have said we will always have the best goalkeeper in the league ,we had that last year and we have it now", head coach kelvin Knappen added.
