Ukraine vs North Macedonia
North Macedonia will have a tough test in the European cup competitions against Ukraine tonight. Ukraine will hope to avoid back-to-back defeat when they battle in the second match. In their first group game, Shevchenko’s men put up a good performance against Netherlands despite losing 3-2. The yellow and blue would look to avoid a repeat of Euro 2016 where they crashed out in the Group Stage. Hence, getting a win here is very crucial.
Meanwhile, North Macedonia’s performance in their first game was a good one from the perspective of a team playing their first major tournament as an independent nation. Despite losing 3-1 to Austria in their first group game, Angelovski’s men would draw some positives from that performance and build their confidence going into this one. Based on the above, we are expecting an interesting tie. We expect the second half to produce the most goals in this game.
Predictions: Ukraine win.
