The first last 16 of the FIFA World Cup has seen Japan who topped their group being knocked out of the competition by the Croatian Football Team.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw and was forced to go for an extra time. No goal serrated the teams and the teams went for penalty shotout.
In the penalty shout out, Japan missed three penalties and were knocked out of the competition by Croatian Football Team. Croatia will now face the winner between Brazil and South Korea.
