Chelsea is prepared to lose another Academy graduate this summer to Premier League rivals Leeds United. Lewis Bate is close to signing for Leeds. Personal terms have not yet been agreed but they is under discussion with medical scheduled to take place.
Chelsea has included a sell-on clause and no buy-back clause to his contract. The deal is likely going to happen with both clubs agreeing on a transfer fee. More details about the contract and transfer news will be announced tomorrow after the player completes medications with his new club.
In other news, Chelsea is likely to give up on signing Erling Haaland this summer. Chelsea had turned their attention to Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski. The striker is currently valued at £ 50 million. If Chelsea also fails to sign Lewandowski they can also re-sign former Manchester United striker Romero Lukaku.
