Kevin De Bruyne finally breaks the silence about what Manchester City needs most from their new super signing in the last transfer window Erling Haaland after completing his move from Borussia Dortmund for £51million.
The 22 years old striker has succeeded in scoring twelve goals in his first eight premier league champions which has been so incredible and now this placed the Blues in the second position.
Last night the side of Pep Guardiola harvested points from Sevilla in the first Champion League game where Erling Haaland netted two goals. This now ranks him as one of the youngest deadliest finishers in Europe. The Norwegian has blazed 25 goals in just twenty games of the Champion league.
While the City midfielder was speaking on the BT sports news, De Bruyne made an honest admission about their new number nine where he suggested that "In one way or another, Erling is going to be there. For the moment he is scoring the goals and, it helps us win games, and it is a pretty good thing for him. A perfect start."
He went ahead and reveals what his club demanded from this player despite the huge success he has recorded in this club. He said that "But it makes it more exciting that if he can adjust to the way we play then the level is going to go up and that is what we demand from him."
