Gabriel Martinelli should be expected to return to the squad after two weeks. According to medical report by Dr Rajpal Brar, Gabriel suffered a mild strain which might last two weeks before he return.
"Typically a grade one mild strain comes with a one to two week return timeline," he said on his YouTube channel.
"A grade two moderate strain comes with a three to four week timeline and grade three full rupture comes with a six-plus week return timeline depending on if surgery is required or not."
The Brazilian forward a strain during Monday's clash in which Arsenal lost 2-1 to Everton. Martinelli was unfit to continue with the match thus forcing Mikel Arteta to substitute him with Eddie Nketiah.
Martinelli's injury is a major blow to Arsenal. The fans are hopefully that he will recover as soon as possible. He is among reliable forwards for the Gunners at the moment.
