Arsenal will be opening the 2022/2023 season with a mouthwatering clash set to be played as from 10:00 pm tomorrow. The gunners will be hoping to start this season strong and just continue from where they left in the pre-season. Arsenal will be lacking some players, but thanks to the transfer window, they have adequate backup.
Arsenal are likely to maintain the 4:2:3:1 line up that features Aaron Ramsdale at the goal post, Olexander Zinchenko is likely to start at left back with Kieran Tierney still out on an injury. He isn't ready yet for gameweek one. Gabriel Magalhaes might partner William Saliba at the heart of defense. This might send Ben White to the right back. He can play both center and right back positions well.
Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey will be a definite start at defensive midfield with Martin Odegaard offering hos creativity upfront. The gunners seem to have a preferred front three featuring Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka. Both have done immensely well in the pre-season.
Emile Smith Rowe and Tomiyasu will still be unavailable for selection while recovering from an injury. What are your score predictions for this match.
