Haaland To Manchester United? How Ralf Rangnick Influence Could Bring Haaland To Old Trafford

Manchester United are hopeful of sealing the deal next summer by signing Haaland from Borussia Dortmund. With the help of the new interim manager Ralf Rangnick, according to UK's Sun Football, the Red Devils are optimistic that the good relationship between Rangnick and Haaland would help them easily sign the Norwegian without any struggle.

Ralf Rangnick was once initiated the move of Erling Haaland from Molde to Salzburg when he was the director in the Austrian club. It is at Salzburg where Haaland was spotted by Borussia Dortmund before striking a deal with the German club. Haaland is currently one of the best strikers in Europe having scored quite a number of goals.

However, Manchester United are facing tough competition from other top European clubs for the youngster, with clubs like Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Real Madrid contending for the player. Rangnick is set to sign as interim manager for the Red Devils with the contract running upto six months as the club tries to find a permanent manager.
