Title-chasing AFC leopard's pile pressure on FKF premier league leader Tusker after received 3 points from Wazito on Saturday.
It was a big comeback efforts made by Ingwe.
AFc leopard's got themself down when Michael Owino hat put the host in front but a goal from Bienvenue Shaka and Elvis Rupia's penalty ensured Ingwe emerged winners after losing the previous game against Mathare United.
A lose to Mathare United let Ingwe fan's to losse hope since they believe that this year is year for Ingwe to hold the Title. Mathare denied them three points which could make them to lead on the top of the table hence it lead their rival Gor Mahia on top of Ingwe.
This never sound well to AFc leopard's fan's though Gor Mahia fan's are enjoying dominating Ingwe on the overall league titles won -18 against 13.
Gor mahia's 18th title was won last season when Football Kenya Federation moved to cancel the top flight following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the country and by virtue of topping the table at that time, K'ogalo were declared champion's.
It was not received well by the Ingwe die hard fans expecially their chairman Mr. Shikanda who feels the title handed to their rivals K'ogalo in the 2019-2020 season it still hurt them and it gives them hard time to catch-up.
The win helped Ingwe to stay above the rivals and reigning champion's Gor mahia -who were defeated by Western stima -and are now third on the table with 40 points, four points behind leaders Tusker.
Their forward Elvis Rupia increase d his tally of scoring this season is among the best forwards in the Kenya premier league. His outstanding 14 goals in Kenya premier for Ingwe has made him to be contender for top scorers this season.
AFC leopard is lead by Belgian tactician Patrick Aussems who assured his fans that Ingwe deserved to win since AFC created many scoring chances, Wazito only managed one shot on target.
This shows how the Belgian tactician has organized his defence with his charges for good display which hand them a win.
