Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will be looking forward to bounce back from last weekend's defeat when he will be facing Zenit St. Petersburg in the UEFA champions league game on Tuesday.
However according to Football Insider, Chelsea star Cesar Azpilicueta is in advanced talks with Barcelona over a possible summer move to Camp Nou with Barcelona coach allegedly pushing for a quick deal.
Azpilicueta recent contract is set to expire in 2022 with an option to negotiate for a move with other clubs and therefore, a return to Spain iss likely to happen since his move 11 years from Osasuna.
These are apparently bad news for the Blues considering that the 32 year old Defender has been a vital figure under Thomas Tuchel by leading teammates in winning last seasons UEFA champions league title.
Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel is still hoping to bolister his squad ahead of January transfer window by landing potential targets.
