Bayern Leverkusen are set to capture Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi on a season-long loan move, despite interest from Newcastle united.The player only featured less than five games for Chelsea last season.

Borussia Dortmund were another team interested but the Evening Standard say it is Leverkusen where the forward is headed.

Blues co-owner Todd Boehly pleaded with Hudson-Odoi, 21, to only leave on loan and he will head to the Bundesliga in search of regular minutes to play after he recovered from injury last summer.
