Borussia Dortmund were another team interested but the Evening Standard say it is Leverkusen where the forward is headed.

Blues co-owner Todd Boehly pleaded with Hudson-Odoi, 21, to only leave on loan and he will head to the Bundesliga in search of regular minutes to play after he recovered from injury last summer.
