The only way a goalkeeper can improve on his ranking is by making more saves and keeping many clean sheets. In the English Premier League 2021/2022 season most goalkeepers seem to be doing their best to help their teams win most of the matches they play by making saves.

The best goalkeeper in the English Premier League this season is Alisson Becker. The Liverpool goalkeeper has kept 14 clean sheets in the English Premier League this season. He has kept clean sheet in their last 2 EPL matches. This was in their 6-0 win against Leeds United and 1-0 win against West Ham United.

Eduard Mendy of Chelsea has moved to the second position as the best goalkeeper in the English Premier League this season. This was after conceding one goal and receiving a yellow card in their midweek EPL 1-3 win against Norwich City.

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has made reappearance in the list of top 10 best goalkeepers in EPL this season. He kept a clean sheet in their game week 28 EPL 1-0 win against Leeds United. He made 4 saves in the match. He has kept 5 clean sheets in EPL this season.
