Gor Mahia defender Frank Odhiambo has officially joined Swedish giants IF Djurgardens on a five-year deal.
The swedish club broke the news on its social platforms as well as on its official portal. Djurgardens was home to Kenyan striker and captain Michael Olunga, who is currently playing for Qatar side Al-Duhail.
The 19-year-old defender has revealed that he chose Djurgardens as he is eager to develop into a better player and he is convinced that it is the right club to achieve that having done the same with Olunga.

Odhiambo said that many clubs had tabled offers - France, Belgium and Lithuania, among others - but he had a discussion with his agent and settled on what was best.
The defender played a vital role in Gor Mahia's 1-0 win over struggling FKF Premier League side Mathare United as he netted the lone goal in the 57th minute.
Gor Mahia is currently in position 3 on 26 points; 5 points behind group leaders Kakamega Homeboyz.
