Human right Activist Blastss Uasin-Gishu County Leadership Over Sports Facilities

After successful Marathon in Uasin-Gushu county sponsored by county government and in conjunction with other sponsors section of residents have taken swipe at Uasin-Gishu government.

Northrift humanright activist Kimutai Kirui has accused top leadership over dilapidated state of 64 stadium in Eldoret town.

According to Mr Kirui he alleged that Uasin-Gushu county and it's neighbouring counties are known for athletic and 64 stadium could have been completed after coming of county government so as to help in tapping and naturing young talents.

The vocal activist further pointed that few years to come new leadership will take over and the leadership could have been privileged to leave a sports legacy.

Kipchoge Stadium had stalled and many locals were anticipating to watch the Olympic trials unfortunately it failed to be completed in time.

According to recent report from Uasin-Gishu county government the 64 stadium will be funded by world bank and this will be a milestone to young athletes as they will be using for training and exploring young talents.
