Mbappe Tenders An Apology To Real Madrid As He Names The Side He Will Support In The UCL Final

France international striker, Kylian Mbappe was confirmed to have signed a new deal with Paris Saint Germain after months of speculations linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Mbappe whose initial contract was set to expire next month, was thought to have held talks with Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez and a move was imminent only for him to strike a deal with the French side that saw him sign a new 3-year contract with the French giants.

The move left many Madrid fans disappointed and Mbappe, speaking after he signed the new terms, understood the disappointment in Madrid camp. Kylian Mbappé: “I’d like to thank Real and Florentino Perez. I understand their disappointment”. Mbappe said.

The Frenchman also added that he will be supporting Real Madrid in the final of the Champions league that will be played in Paris on 27th May as the Spanish club take on Liverpool. Kylian Mbappé: “I’ll be Real Madrid’s first supporter for UCL final in Paris, my house." He said.

“I understand honour and privilege to be wanted by an institution such as Real Madrid”, he added.
