It's has been a tough run for Ole Gunnar, the Manchester United manager to get the contract of a French national. Paul Pogba has been offered a new contract so that he can stay at Old Trafford after his contract which runs until June 2022. According to his agent, the star has been reluctant on signing the contract which has a release clause, salary increment among other benefits.
During an interview before Nations League against Belgium, he had to say this "I like Torino! (laughs) I always speak with former Juve teammates like Dybala. I am in Manchester United now, under a contract until June 2022 then let's see what happens. I want to complete this season at the best level then we see."
Pogba has had a contract extension proposal on the table from Manchester United since last July. Long term new deal with enhanced salary. There is no final answer from the star or his agent Riola while Manchester United are waiting for his answer.
