At a tender age of 25 years, the life of a kenyans heroin and an Olympic Medalist Agnes Jebet Tirop was cut short by a person alleged to be her husband.
Agnes Tirop dream was and career came to an end just few days after representing the country in the Olympic games that were held in Tokyo, Japan.
Last month, Agnes Tirop broke the world record in 10000 metres race in a marathon that was held in Germany. She kept a new time record of 30 minutes and one second.

The body of the athlete was found in her the bedroom of her house and in a pool of blood in her house in iten, Elgeyo marakwet county.
According to the daily nation newspaper, the long distance runner and her husband attended a church service just a day before the bizarre murder.
More information reveals that, her husband called the parents after the incident and told her parents that he had committed a crime though he did not reveal.
President Uhuru Kenyatta who is currently outside the country has eulogized the athlete and has ordered the investigation officers to expedite the process and bring the curprit to books.
