Atletico Madrid broke their transfer record three season ago when they signed Joao Felix from Benfica. Felix has not had a smooth run of form since joining the Spanish giants.
Felix style of play since doesn't suits that of the manager Diego Semione. This has caused a lot of fractures between the player and the manager.
They are now set to part ways as it has been reported that Felix and Semione are not in good terms.
Various clubs have been monitoring him with a hope of signing him. One of the club which have been after him is Manchester United.
They tried to sign him over the summer transfer window but Atletico Madrid were not willing to let him leave. United could go back for the foward as they are sought of attackers following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from the club.
Felix's agent is Gorge Mendes who has always had a good relationship with Manchester United. He could either take the attacker to old Trafford on loan in the January transfer window with an option of buying at the summer.
