Amount of Money Uhuru, Raila and Mudavadi Gave During AFC Leopards Funds Drive Last Night

One of the biggest football clubs in the country has been under some financial struggle for a while now and it couldn't be right to see the club sink.

Last night, the club organized a funds drive that saw them raise a whopping 8 million shillings towards the betterment of the club.

The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta gave the club two million shillings from his own pockets which is was really generous from him.

The Former Prime Minister of Kenya, Raila Odinga also chipped in and gave the cash strapped club a million shillings.

The Amani National Congress Presidential Candidate for next year's General Elections, Musalia Mudavadi also gave a million shillings at the event.

The Defense Secretary Eugene Wamalwa and his friends gave the club a cool 1.1 million Kenya shillings.

Other notable names were CS Amina Mohamed who gave 730,000 shillings, Governor Oparanya gave 500,000 shillings while Tim Wanyongi gave 400,000 shillings as well.

The event was a success and the club managed to raise a total of 8 million shillings.
