It's inevitable that the Glazers would want to go for Antony because of shirts. Good sources of information though say we really he needs to start building from the back starting with Harry Maguire. He obviously needs replacing and our midfield is in need of serious repair. I'm not saying getting Anthony won't help but regardless of what the manager wants to do we should support him.
A team is made up of 11 players willing to fight and play and attack and defend as a team, then it becomes easy. And that's exactly what United players lack even with current squad.
Many would suggest that they get both Antony and Nunez but we'll definitely try our hardest to muck it. First offer some ridiculous amount and go up by pennies until you waste the transfer window and ultimately pay up what they were asking for 6 weeks ago anyways.
With all hopes so high, Ten Hag should sort out the defence first. We need a paced center-back and intelligent DM. On top of that, we need no 9, only then we can sign a winger let alone a winger from the Erdivisie.
Erik Ten Hag should make sure he brings Podence from Wolves as well after Antony. This guys together with Sancho can deliver something good. A standard defensive midfielders and central back are also needed more here. I believe a problem is yet to be solved.
