Manchester United striker Edison Cavani has turned down Ronaldo dream. Ronaldo had set to come back to Old Trafford if Juventus fail to qualify for Champions League this season. Cavani was linked to move out of Old Trafford after his failure to fit in Ole Gunnar's feet. He turned down this decision after a fine display this season which made Ole Gunnar to change his decision. Cavani was on his last minute in Old Trafford with reports saying he was going to join Boca juniors club next season.
A 34-years old striker proved out his possibility of retaining his career in Old Trafford for the next season. This is after a fine display in Europa League semi final against AS Roma where he managed to score two goals to keep the Reds in a winning margin after one goal less in the first half. He also challenged Ole Gunnar by scoring more goals in few appearances than his next striker Martial who scored few goals in many appearances. Cavani has a total of thirteen goals this season in all his appearances more than Martial who has 7 goals.
Ronaldo link shows that he is willing to move back to his former club Manchester United after his dream in Juventus is seen in doubt. He had dream of having the best record in European football by winning more champions league title to break the world record set by Real Madrid legend Paco Gento in Los Blancos. This was turned down this season when they were knocked out of qualification by FC Porto. Juventus performed poorly this season and they are at the fourth position with minimal chances of securing a chance to play in champions league next season. This has made Ronaldo to have different opinions to leave his club to Manchester United. However, this was turned down by Cavani who proved his stay in Old Trafford.
