After earning a dramatic win over Leicester on Sunday, Newcastle have recorded a fifth successive home win in the Premier League and in doing so, have all but secured survival for another season. While now the target for Eddie Howe and his men will be a top-ten finish and if they can get the better of Crystal Palace in midweek, then such a desire suddenly becomes all the more realistic.
