Arsenal football club glory continues to surfaces online even when off the pitch.This is even after English Premier League taking long break to allow the world cup to play.
According to news recently released by Wigan Athletic management Arsenal former player,a defender Kolo Toure have been appointed to head the team as a manager.The former Arsenal football player was currently holding a first team coach at Leceister City before the appointment.
Despite the former player having no managerial experience,he is expected to revive the club which have been in poor form and currently third last in the table risking being relegated.
Kolo Toure has vast knowledge in football and has played with many great players and coached by experienced managers ,the likes Arsene Wenger,Robert Mancini and therefore Wigan Athletic ownership believe he is best fitted for the job.
Chief executive at the club Malachy Brannigan said: "We are delighted that Kolo has become the new manager of Wigan Athletic and the board are pleased that he is the man to take us forward."
He continued,"As a board of directors,we look forward to working closely with Kolo and his team as the work begins collectively to establish Wigan Athletic as a Championship club.
