AFC have been having a nice League break this past 2 weeks, their success in the Betway FKF Cup says it all.
AFC Leopards are 3rd, 2 points behind league leaders Tusker while Sofapaka are currently 12th. Surprisingly, AFC Leopards lost their last league match 3-1 against Bidco, while Sofapaka are coming to the match with a 1-0 win they got over KCB. AFC Leopards are arguebly the favourites to win the match.
With the top team in the FKFPL by 30th June getting to represent Kenya in the CAF Champions league, a win on Wednesday takes AFC Leopards at the top of the table, but that will depend also on how KCB and Tusker perfom. If the results go AFC Leopards way it will be nice to see how consistent they can be in being at the top of the league.
Will AFC Leopards be triumphant at Wundanyi this Wednesday? That is a question whose answer we will have to wait and see on Wednesday how hungry Aussems' boys are for the glory.
