Man United Are Not Title Favorites, WestHam Knock Them Out to Prove it

Moyes finally managed a win aganist Manchester United since he left the club. Many players think Manchester United are worthy of challenging for the title. The main reason for this is because of the number of stars in the squad. Ole managed to strengthen his squad during the transfer window when he added the likes of, Cristiano Ronaldo, Sancho and Varane to the squad.

Ronaldo picked up immediately while Varane's partnership with Maguire has showed some signs of sucess. Sancho is yet to find himself in England. The England international has played over 300 minutes for Manchester United and he is yet to register a shot at goal.

This are some top players in the game and their stats are there to prove it. With the addition of them to a squad already with Bruno, Cavani and Greenwood, we all thought Manchester United was finally back. This is however not entirely true.

Manchester United won 2-1 aganist WestHam during the weekend. Both teams met again on Wednesday night and WestHam ended up dumping Manchester United out of the Carabao Cup. Ole made around 10 changes for this game. He decided to give some of his stars a chance to tank some game time. His gamble did not go as expected though.

The defeat prove that Manchester United do not have a proper game plan. The team entirely rely on individual brilliances for results. The Red Devils, without their main individuals struggled to play aganist WestHam. Greenwood was the player who came off the bench and tried to boost United's attack. Ole Gunner needs to do some serious work at Manchester United if he wants to remain as the head coach.

WestHam could have scored four goals in the games last five minutes but luck was not on their side. The Manchester United defense was leaking and if Antonio was fit to play the game, then United would have conceded much more than a single goal. Things need to change otherwise Manchester United wait for silverware will continue.
