Most Premier League teams will be travelling overseas to kick off their pre-season campaign in preparation for the new season in August.
Arsenal will meet Chelsea in one of their friendly matches after a good but somehow frustrating 2021/22 season. Arsenal finished fifth in the premier league on the last match day after Tottenham denied them a chance to qualify for the Champions League, a competition they haven't featured in since the 2015/16 campaign.
In a well organized pre-season campaign to help the team rejuvenate for next season, Arsenal will play against one team from Germany, two English Premier League sides and then travel back to Emirates for the first home match against Sevilla.
