Manchester United legend Roy Kean has revealed how United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer surprised him in the Manchester derby. According to Dail Express, Kean was surprised with Ole's tactics he used to defeat Manchester City.
Kean says he was also surprised with Solskjaer style of pushing his players and made it difficult for Manchester City to play the passes they normally do. He reads the mind of fellow manager Pep Guardiola and that helped him to win the game.
According to Kean, United was well prepared for this game and added that Solskjaer's confidence was amazing and a good thing to see at United. The former United skipper praised Ole's for silencing Guardiola and reducing the gap that is their saying title race is still on for United.
Ole leads United to away win of two goals in Manchester derby against Guardiola's City. Despite looking a threat and favourites to win the game, Manchester City failed to score even a goal with United defence doing a great job the whole game and to add on, Dean Henderson proving to his boss that he can do what De Gea normally do by making great saves.
Manchester United has ended City's 21 winning streaks something United fans are proud of as it proves Ole is a coach who is ready to move Manchester United to another level.
