Jadon Sancho transfer to Manchester United is now becoming imminent. The two clubs are desperate for meeting an agreement. The deal has dramatically dragged since last season. Ole Gunnar wants to recruit another winger so that Mason Greenwood can train more as a striker. Reports by Fabrizio Romano say that the two clubs are set to come into agreement as they are structuring on ad ons and bonuses. The negotiation is still on but both parties remain very confident to reach an agreement soon.
If Sancho officially joins Manchester United, there will a reason to smile for the fans. The jersey number however will sound problematic for the team to give out. He favors only three numbers in his career, number 20,17 and 7. Currently, Edison Cavani wears the number 7 jersey while Fred wears the number 17. Number 20 is being won by Daniel James. If the transfer becomes successful, Sancho will be allowed to choose between the above three jerseys. This means that either of the three current Manchester United players will surrender their shirt number for the predicted incoming signing.
