Arteta have alot of work to do this summer before their season opener with newcomers Brentford. These are the three weaknesses that many teams will try and exploit next season;
Lack Of Defensive Organisation.
Arsenal's lack of organised defence has cost them in the past. David Luiz, Rob Holding and Saliba have not been the much needed world class defenders.Arteta have to organise his team well next season.
No Attacking Philosophy At The Club.
Arsenal are yet to develop a consistent style of play going forward under Arteta. They dominate possession and are compact in defence, but they have shown no patterns of co-ordinated attacking play.
Lack Of Winning Mentality.
Arsenal have always lacked a 'win-at-all-costs' mentality. The players have been accused of being soft, with some even questioning their integrity on the pitch. Every player must work hard and be committed to the cause. Over time, these two traits will form the foundation for a winning mentality.
