Ranking The Best Teams Going Into The Next Season (Opinion)

1. Manchester City.

Manchester City have dominated the English Premier League of late, winning the league for the third time in a row last season. The Manchester based club has one the best squads in Europe with big names like Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Beenado Silva and made also some descent signings too going into the next season. They have added Dortmund goal machine Erling Haaland and River Platé striker to their already star studded squad.

2. Barcelona.

After threatening to explode after a series of bad financial decisions, the Spanish giants seem to be back on the right track. Barcelona have signed some big name players like Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich and Raphinha from Leeds United to add to their talented squad already boasting players like Busquets, Gavi, Aubemeyang and Dembele. The Catalan club will surely be looking to get some silverware next season and it will be hard to bet against them.

3. Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich have lost a seasoned goal getter in Robert Lewandowski but the acquisition of Senegalese winger Sadio Mane form Liverpool will fill the gap. Bayern are a well balanced side boasting of a mix of experience and youth in players like Thomas Muller, Manuel Nuer, Leroy Sane, Kingsley Coman, Joshua Kimich and Serge Gnabry.

4. Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp's Reds have been giving Manchester City a run for their money in recent seasons, pushing them to the finishing line for last season's premier league title. Liverpool were also unlucky to lose the champions league final to Real Madrid. Liverpool have bolstered their squad in anticipation for the upcoming season, adding striker Nunez from Benfica. Liverpool will also have Mo Salaj, Thiago, Trent and Van Dijk in their ranks.

5. Real Madrid.

The Champions league holders may have been a little disappointed that they didn't land highly rated French winger Kylian Mbappe. " Los Blancos" however has quality players in experienced goal scorer Karin Benzema, lightning quick winger Vini Jr, veteran midfield trio of Modric, Kroos and Casemiro. Madrid also have some great young players in Eduardo Camavinga and Tchouameni who just signed from Monaco.

6. Paris St. Germain.

The French capital club manged to hold on to their highly rated forward Kylian Mbappe and will be looking to pair him alongside Lionel Messi and Neymar in a bid to land Euros most prestigious prize, the champions league.

7. Manchester United.

Manchester United were unfortunate not to qualify for next season's Champions league but the "Red Devils" may have just landed one of the fienest coaches in Europe in Erik Ten Haag from Ajax. They have also signed a quality center back in Lisandro Martinez, proven midfielder Christian Eriksen. United also boast young talented players like Jadon Sancho, Rashford and of course Ronaldo.
