Erick Marcelo Ouma is a Kenyan professional footballer. Ouma plays as a left-back defender for both Harambee Stars and his current club.
He is remembered by many Kenyans for his sensational display in the African Cup of Nations tournament in Cairo Egypt in 2019 against teams in Group C(Algeria, Senegal and Tanzania).
He again did tremendous work here in Nairobi when Harambee Stars played against Egypt. He kept Egypt's lethal forward Mohammed Salah at bay in all 90 minutes.
Ouma plays abroad for the AIK club in the Sweden league. Since he joined the club he has been instrumental in all the matches he has been involved in.
Today he has taken to his Facebook Page to post a powerful message of encouragement.
This has raised different reactions amongst many Kenyans. Most of them have praised him for this advice.

In my view, it is important for our players who have gone abroad and emerged successful to help other local-based players in terms of advice on how to improve and make it.
