Manchester City Replace Arsenal At the Top Of EPL Table After 1-0 Win Against Leicester City

Manchester City travelled to King Power Stadium keen to claim all the 3 points and bounce back to winning ways by beating Leicester City. Despite suffering a huge Halaand blow, who could not start due to foot problem; the visitors dominated ball possession and counter attacks in the first half. Following a goalless draw at halftime, Man City returned to the 2nd half hungry to score goals and Kelvin De Bryune opened the scores in the 49th minute.

Leicester City brought on Mendy, Iheanacho and Daka as substitutes for Dewsburry, Vardy and Soyuncu in the second half but could not score the equaliser. Manchester City dominated the ball possession and controlled the tempo of the game despite bringing on Dias and Foden for Akanji and Alvarez. Following their 1-0 win, Man City overtook Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table with 29 points while Leicester City dropped to position 17 with points.
