January transfer window is fast approaching and clubs are preparing thier staffs for recruitment. Chelsea spend alot in last summer and will look to reshape thier strategy come January.
The new American owner Todd boehly is ready to reshape his hierarchy in club's structure.
However according to daily mail, Chelsea are closing in appointment of Christopher Vivell as technical director at the Club. Vivell was a director at Rb Leipzig before getting Chelsea advisory role.

Christopher Vivell will become new technical director at Club after acquiring work permit in Uk. He formerly oversaw recruitment of high talented stars at Rb Salzburg. Christopher Vivell oversaw recruitment or Erling Haaland and Karim Adeyemi at Salzburg.
He will now focus on implementing new transfer policies at Chelsea as they look to sign new star from Molde Fofana.
Christopher Vivell will now take over from Petr Cech who was relieved off duties as new ownership takes full control of the Club. Petr worked as technical director at Chelsea for three years.
