Why Liverpool Vs Real Madrid Kick-off Was Delayed For 15 Minutes

Real Madrid celebrate their win against Liverpool at Stade de France stadium.

The big awaited Champions League final match between Liverpool vs Real Madrid finally came when the two rivals met on Saturday 28th. The match was set to kick off at 10:30pm Eat African time but got delayed for 15 minutes.

This came due to fan carnage in and around the stadium (Stade de France) in Paris France where organizers took unwanted measure to groans from spectators.

Liverpool's Champions League final against Real Madrid was delayed by 15 minutes from 8pm on Saturday evening due to fan carnage in and around the Stade de France in Paris. It was announced inside the stadium the the kick off between Liverpool vs Real Madrid would be pushed to 8:15pm BST (10:35pm East Africa time) because fans had not yet arrived amid of carnage in getting them tickets inside the stadium.

"Finding it impossible to get in the ground. This appears that be very dangerous. Absolute carnage," twitted one of the fans by the name Lineker. Later on, the match Kicked off where Real Madrid won against Liverpool by 1-0 lifting the trophy for the 15th time.
