Chelsea have started their communication to sign Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.According to the reliable available resources the 21 year midfielder will cost £105million.
Since the take over of new owner Chelsea seems to invest and sign young players in coming January transfer window .
However Fernandez, who played a key role in helping Argentina win the World Cup in Qatar, is under contract until 2027 and will require a huge amount of funds that will require him terminate his contract with Benfica who are not willing to sell him.
But from the reports generated Chelsea have tabled €127million for Fernandez with initial talks with Benfica believed to have already taken place. 
However Chelsea has also been in links to sign either Jude Bellingham or Declan rice to replace Ng'olo Kante who has been on injuries.
Meanwhile Chelsea has to battle Manchester United as well as Liverpool who are also keen on signing the star midfielder From Benfica.
