Today, as they faced off against Chelsea women side, Marc Skinner was hopeful that his side will get a comfortable win which was not the case at full time.
Manchester United side were given a six one thrashing which was their first big defeat under the newly appointed manager.
Chelsea feminine side proved to be more superior as they got goals from F Kirby, P Harder, a brace from S Kerr, D Spence and J Fleming while Manchester United got the consolation goal from A Russo.
The Manchester United side did not show the intent to attack more as Chelsea were all over them from the first minute.
