Football fans all over the globe woke up to shocking news of the sacking of Chelsea Manager Thomas Tuchel. This comes a day after the Blues lost 1-0 to Croatia's Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Champions League opening fixture following an abysmal performance.
Chelsea fans expressed their mixed reactions on the sacking of Tuchel considering The Blues have been the highest spenders this summer bringing in top players including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Raheem Sterling, Marc Cucurella, Kalidou Koulibaly, Wesley Fofana among many more.
Most fans understand that Chelsea's performance in their last couple of fixtures have not been convincing enough despite being only 5 points behind League leaders Arsenal. Fans are also wondering why the knee-jerk reaction given that Tuchel has had only less than 10 games to coach the new players.
Thomas Tuchel also convincingly leaves Chelsea as the first manager to win the Club World Cup and only the second to lift the UEFA Champions League trophy and UEFA Super Cup with the Club in 2020/21 season.
