After going into the extra time, Neymar Junior gave Brazil the first goal, a goal that gave Brazil hopes of playing at the semis.
Brazil's hope has been cut short after Croatia equalized in the eleventh minute forcing the match into penalties which Croatia have won with four goals against two, Brazil are now out of the competition.
After their elimination, Neymar Junior broke into tears, this saw Ivan Perisic's younger son run to Neymar to comfort him for the loss. Ivan Perisic plays for Croatia and his son wore the full Croatia team clothes as he comforted Neymar.
