Brazil is the most successful national team as far as the FIFA world cup is concerned, since the trophy was incepted back in 1930, Brazil have won the competition five times more than any other national team in the world.
Brazil is among the lucky teams who qualified to the 2022 FIFA World cup quarter finals in Qatar. Brazil met with Croatia for their match and in the whole of the ninety minutes, neither of the teams managed to score a goal that can take them to the next stage. After going into the extra time, Neymar Junior gave Brazil the first goal, a goal that gave Brazil hopes of playing at the semis.
Brazil's hope has been cut short after Croatia equalized in the eleventh minute forcing the match into penalties which Croatia have won with four goals against two, Brazil are now out of the competition.
After their elimination, Neymar Junior broke into tears, this saw Ivan Perisic's younger son run to Neymar to comfort him for the loss. Ivan Perisic plays for Croatia and his son wore the full Croatia team clothes as he comforted Neymar.
