Coventry vs West Bromwich Albion
Coventry City missed a chance to move up to the top half of the table when they threw away a 3-0 lead in spectacular fashion at home at the weekend against Swansea, allowing the Swans to share the spoils in a dramatic 3-3 draw. Coach Mark Robins was displeased with the 16-minute second hakf collapse and slammed his side as “naive”. He will be looking for a better output here.
West Brom have dug themselves out of the relegation with a great run of results in recent weeks. New coach Carlos Corberán has turned things around in his brief stint. A 3-0 over Rotherham was their fifth straight league win and they are now just a point behind the hosts. Significantly, that was their fourth clean sheet under the Spaniard tactician, more than three they managed in the 16 games to start the season.
We anticipate a closely fought affair here especially to start the game with neither side willing to cede ground to the other. As such we fancy the opening half to end in a stalemate
Predictions: 1st Half Draw & Under 3.5goals.
