Cody Gakpo will wear number 18 shirt at Liverpool and will make his Premier League debut in January. Premier League also announced that Chelsea have signed new striker named David Datro Fofana from Molde for €12 Million and signed a 5 year contract at Stamford Bridge after successfully completing his medicals.
