Belgium star Kevin De Bruyne has revealed what he thinks his nation are not capable of winning the World Cup this year amid entering the tournament as favourites. This was after their stunning performance in 2018 world cup.
And according to the Manchester City player maker, Belgian squad is ageing and the players who are coming in don't have the quality that is enough in fighting for the title. He reveals that their chance of winning the world biggest football prize was in 2018 before they were eliminated from the tournament in semifinals.
The Belgian midfielder has showed his worries following the struggle against Canada in their first game of this year tournament. Belgium managed to get a 1-0 win in a game that their opponents dominated despite being underdogs.
The Belgians will face Morocco in their second match of the tournament where a win will give them a qualification to the next round. And ours is to wait and see what happens in this fixture against the African country.
