How The International Break Is Turning Out To Be A Nightmare For Liverpool

The November international break has turned out to be a nightmare for Jurgen Klopp with many first-team injuries affecting the Reds. Even before the international break, Liverpool was already affected by the injuries of Roberto Firminho, Harvey Elliott, Naby Keita, Joe Gomez, Curtis Jones, and others.

During the international break this November, Sadio Mane picked up an injury during Senegal's 1-1 draw with Togo which forced him to be substituted. Sadio Mane has been reportedly returned to Liverpool for a medical check-up and might miss Liverpool's Saturday game against Arsenal.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson is also another Liverpool player that picked up an injury over the international break against Albania where he scored and provided an assist. He missed England's 10-0 win over San Marino.

Liverpool left-back Andrew Robertson also picked up an injury in Scotland's 2-0 win over Denmark on Monday. This means that Liverpool's injury list has increased with Naby Keita also out injured.

Liverpool will face Arsenal on Saturday at Anfield and might miss many first-team players. Arsenal is currently in a good form and is just 2 points behind Liverpool and if they get a win on Saturday, they will go ahead of Liverpool. Since their 5-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford a few weeks ago, Liverpool is yet to win another Premier League game drawing against Brighton and losing against West Ham.

What are your predictions for the game?
