Silko Amari Otieno Thomas is a 18 years old Kenyan footballer who plays as a right winger for Chelsea youth sides.With his future at Chelsea senior team deem, the fast rising star has been pushing for a move outside Stamford Bridge.Current updates indicate that Southampton who were once home to former Kenya national team captain Victor Wanyama from 2013 to 2016 are interested in Otieno's services.

With Ipswich Town also in radar of the winger, Otieno was on the verge of joining championship side Sheffield United but the deal fell off due to the clubs suspension from signing players which had been brought about by default of transfer payments to another club.
