
Hull City battered and hammered West Brom 2-0 at KCOM Stadium to claim 3 vital points in the Premier League Promotion Race. Hull City opened the scores in the 33rd minute through Benjamin Tetteh being assisted by Regan Slater to gift the hosts a 1-0 lead at halftime. Hull City were dominant in the second half hence scored the 2nd goal in the 57th minute through Dara O'shea (own goal) to seal a vital 2-0 victory for the hosts.


West Bromwich tried to salvage a goal or a point by bringing in Chalobah, Hickman, Reach and Richards as substitutes for Furlong, Molumby, Townsend and Erik Peters but could not score any goal hence suffered a 2-0 defeat. Following the 2-0 win, Hull City overtook 14th placed Bristol City to climb up to position 13 in the Premier League Promotion table with 45 points while West Bromwich dropped to position 11 with 48 points.
