Transfers; Sancho To United Contract Withdrawal, Chelsea Find Haaland's Alternative, Young To EPL.

The summer transfer window has gained ground. Manchester United and Chelsea are looking forward to build on European glory and bolster their squad in pursuit of Premier League supremacy.

However, the red devils have encountered yet another setback in their attempts to sign Borussia Dortmund right-winger Jodan Sancho for the fourth consecutive time since 2017. The English international's condition is described as "time wasting" speculations suggesting he wants to join Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Chelsea have finally found an alternative for Erling Haaland who was linked with a move to Stamford Bridge. Lyon's goal machine, Memphis Depay has expressed his interests in joining Thomas Tuchel's side. The Netherland international contract with the French giants will expire at the end of the month of June.

Former Manchester United midfielder, Ashley Young is set for Premier League return being linked with Burnley. Young won the Italian Serie A title with Inter Milan last season under Antonio Conte.

Newly appointed, Paulo Fonseca is set to sign his contract with Tottenham Hotspurs in the midweek. Fonseca switched positions with Jose Mourinho who will be the architect of Roma from next season.

Meanwhile, Diogo Dalot has been added to Portugal's EURO 2020 squad after Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo gave a positive test for Corona virus over the weekend.
