Christiano Ronaldo was involved in a horror injury in the UEFA nations league match against the Czech republic. The accident that happened in the 13 th minute of the match left the Manchester united forward bleeding profusely after an encounter in the opposition goal.
Ronaldo landed heavily on his face after an aerial scuffle for the ball against Czech Republic goalkeeper Tomas Vaclik.
The encounter left Ronaldo bloody, pale and bruised but the star showed why he's one of the best in the world by doing the unthinkable. He resumed the match and went on to play to the last minute despite the horrific encounter.
Although he did not score Christiano made a power header assist to team mate Diogo Jota in the 87th minute and led the Portuguese side in a 4 goals win against the Czech Republic.
The other players in the scorelines were, Bruno Fernandes and Dalot who netted twice.
